Unfortunately the weather again did nothing for the poor turnout of floats.   Thanks to those who braved the rain and joined us in the parade; our theme this year being Pirates of the Caribbean.  It was heavy going by the end carrying the boat, an dwe decided when we had got up the final hill that wheels would probably have been a good idea!  We have certainly learnt from our design fault this year, so we shall see what we can come up with next year!

We again had a stall which was battered early on by the wind and rain, but we persisted and in the end raised approx £60 with the bottle stall for the Youth Club.   Thanks to all those who donated bottles to the stall and the Autumn club who allowed us to use their tombola.
